What to Wear

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • 100% Refund Cancellation 48+ hours before flight
  • 50% Refund Cancellation 24–48 hours before flight
  • No Refund Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show
  • Weather Cancellation Full refund or free reschedule if canceled due to unsafe weather except transportation cahrge
  • Transportation Charge Non-refundable once pickup service has been provided.
    • Weather guarantee: If we cancel due to weather, you get 100% refund or free rebooking

Weather Policy

  • Safety first: Flights operate only in safe weather conditions
  • Best season: September–November & February–April
  • Daily flights: Usually 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Rain delay: Flights may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain

Safety Information

  • Certified pilots — All pilots are licensed with 500+ flights experience
  • Safety gear — Helmets, harnesses, and parachutes provided
  • Insurance — All flights include comprehensive insurance coverage
  • Weight limit — Maximum passenger weight: 100 kg (220 lbs)
  • Age requirement — Minimum age: 6 years (under 18 needs guardian consent)
  • Medical conditions — Please inform us of any health issues before booking
Emergency: Each pilot carries a reserve parachute and emergency communication device

  • How long is the flight? Standard flight: 20–30 minutes (depending on weather conditions).
  • What is the best time? Early morning (6–8 AM) offers the best views and calm winds.
